Never done anything like this before? Think that you're not in good enough shape? We specifically cater to people who may never have had the experience of group training or fitness instruction.
We offer specialized fit camps for adults, kids, and seniors. They are available at a variety of times and locations year-round, indoor and outdoor, rain or shine! Most of all our fit camps have two trainers to best support all levels from the beginners to the experienced.
In addition to helping you strengthen, tone, and increase your cardio fitness, our fit-camp workouts are designed to build your confidence and boost your overall sense of well-being. No
matter what your age or fitness level, our fit camps make exercise fun and affordable!
For kids, we make getting fit fun!They may not even know they are exercising! Helping your children develop a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise is a great way to give them a head start to a life of health and fitness. It’s a gift that will last them a lifetime. Our fit camps can be a great adjunct to any sport that they play, and may be particularly appealing to kids who shy away from competitive sports. We support them to go at a pace that is right for them. Our goal is not just to help your kids get fit, but to teach them to have respect for themselves, their bodies, and for others. Our fit camps also teach them team building, and enhance their listening skills and ability to follow direction. We make sure to challenge each child at a level that will allow them to achieve success, to feel empowered, and to gain confidence.
For seniors, we lift your bodies and your spirits!
For more mature adults we offer senior fit camps that lift your bodies and your spirits. This class is also great for someone with physical limitations or who is recovering from an injury. It offers a low-impact workout that helps build muscle strength and increase range of motion, and also gives you basic exercises for daily living. It's recommended for for anyone who would enjoy a positive, upbeat, moderate exercise experience.
